My name is Kelly Owen and I am honored to be the director of Super Squad of the Hill Country. I have 30 years experience between Cheerleading, Gymnastics and Tumbling. I have been involved in these sports since I was in diapers. As a participant, I had an 11 year career in gymnastics/tumbling ending as the Texas State Champion in Floor and Vault. I was trained by Olympic coach Bela Karolyi. I was a participant in cheerleading for five years ending on the Varsity Squad. As soon as I graduated I dove right into coaching because the love I have for children and the passion I have for both of these sports. I have coached all ages of children in cheerleading, gymnastics and tumbling. I have coached both recreational and competitive. I have been a Program Director in several Gymnastics Facilities but the greatest achievement of mine was at the largest facility in Greenville South Carolina as a Program Director. I had a recreational program that included toddler gymnastics, school age girls/boys gymnastics, and cheer/tumble classes of 500 plus students.

I am so thankful to have this gift that I can share with your Children, Boerne Elementary Schools and your Communities. Coaching is one of the most rewarding jobs there are and I am looking forward to making this dream of mine become a reality with all of you!- Kelly Owen
