WELCOME TO SUPER SQUAD
The following information is very important, please read carefully.
Annual Enrollment
Fee: $25.00 Checks Payable to: Super Squad
Include on all checks: Child’s
full name and school
Tuition: $68.00 due the 1st day of class each month.
$10.00 late fee and $1 a day thereafter. If a payment is sent after the 10th
day of the month the total will be $78 plus $1 for each day thereafter.
Performance
Information: Super Squad focuses on cheer and dance performances
throughout the year. Details on your school’s performances are sent via
Newsletter. You are responsible for your child’s transportation to and from
performances. Admission fees to events are waived for performers but parents, siblings, and other spectators
are charged admission.
Practice Attire: Tennis shoes, work out clothes, and band to pull back hair.
Performance Attire: Super Squad uniform for all Super Squad performances. Uniform consists of skirt, top, briefs, poms, white (Hanes sports girls cheerleader or Ked type) tennis shoes, white socks, and red, white, and blue bow to pull back hair. White turtle neck and white tights for cold weather.
Extra Practices: Performances often require extra practices
and rehearsals, which are scheduled as needed. All Super Squad members are required to attend.

NOTICE TO PARENTS
Our Super Squad program is designed to build self-esteem and leadership
qualities, as well as improve physical fitness, motor skills, and coordination.
Each student is extremely important to us and we are determined to make each
one shine. We know that your child is especially precious to you and our
instructors are trained not to show favoritism and run a program where safety
and wholesome fun come first.
The Super Squad program may not be for everyone, as it follows
strict guidelines gleaned from almost 15 years of experience. If you feel at
anytime this program is not appropriate for your child or you, as a parent, are
unhappy for any reason, you are free to withdrawal by notifying the director.
However, funds collected for uniforms or services cannot be returned for the
benefit of all participating. We reserve
the right to exclude any child from participation if circumstances arise which
are deemed disruptive.
