STUDENT RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. Wear tennis shoes and comfortable clothing to practices.

 

  1. Hair must be pulled back in a pony tail or clips at all times.

 

  1.  Prompt arrival, no early departures.

* If a student must leave early, a parent must check out the student from the instructor.

 

  1. No horseplay, foul language or other disruptive behaviors.

 

  1. Be attentive to instructors and address them politely.

 

  1. Raise your hand to ask questions, do not get out of line or formation.

 

  1. No food or drinks except for designated break time.

 

  1. Be respectful and polite to all students and instructors.

 

  1. Use correct spotting and safety techniques at all times.

 

  1. Must attend rehearsals prior to a performance.

 

  1. Parents pick up students in designated area ON TIME. ( if you are over 15 minutes late you will be assessed a fine of $10 and $1 a minute thereafter to pay instructors for babysitting.)

 

  1. Monthly tuition payments will be due the 1st day of class each month. Any payments after the 10th day of the month will be assessed a late fee of $10.00 and $1.00 a day thereafter.

 

  1. If you attend any classes during a month you are responsible for that months tuition.

 

  1. If monthly tuition is not paid or bad checks are not taken care of, the matter will be referred to the Court Systems for disposition.

 

We, the undersigned, have read and understand all the rules and regulations for Super Squad. We understand that our child will be dismissed from the team in the event that rules are not followed. We understand the monthly tuition payments are for services rendered and the non payment after such services have been provided can result in further action.
